Under the guidance and support of James, our Head Butler, you'll help deliver the Hound Lodge guest journey during the night shift from 9pm - 9am, exceeding guest’s expectations. Supporting the Head Butler and Hound Lodge team during stays, you'll deliver a prestigious service following the Hound Lodge standards and procedures.

You'll ensure that the food and beverage areas are clean, tidy and presentable at all times, undertaking cleaning duties where necessary and ensure the exceptional presentation of Hound Lodge.  You will also help provide an exceptional service to our guests of our food and beverage offering.

• Previous experience of working within the hospitality industry
